Identify and fix coding errors and resolve data-related problems. Mine data from primary and secondary sources and present findings in an audience-appropriate format.\r\nServe as a management and program analyst and team lead responsible for planning, directing, implementing, and administering a variety of management, analysis, and advisory functions supporting OFMR's reliability engineering and life-cycle care responsibilities for all Smithsonian facilities.\r\nDemonstrate mastery of standard software tools and applications such as Tableau, Excel, Access, Microsoft Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.\r\nVerify CMMS data operations are executed correctly and identify system issues that could impact data integrity.\r\nRequirements\r\nEligible for federal employment, including required career/conditional status or eligibility.\r\nRegistered with Selective Service if male, born after 12/31/59.\r\nTravel to various work sites as required.\r\nMinimally one year of time-in-grade at the next lower grade level for promotion eligibility, meeting GS-12 qualifications.\r\nQualifications\r\nApplicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience includes, but is not limited to, data management in a CMMS, quality assurance, and analytical work on asset management activities (e.g., asset records, maintenance records, work task completion, failure reporting, corrective action, planned/preventive/predictive maintenance).
