Full Time Assistant Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an assistant manager to complete our amazing team, who is energized, loves working with people and is looking to start or build a long term career with one of the most beloved boutiques in Vermont.
This position has room for growth for career-driven individuals. This key member of the management team will have involvement in every part of the business from managing sales goals, assisting customers, buying, inventory management, marketing and helping to train and delegate projects to our awesome team of part-time sales associates.
TASKS:* Deliver top notch customer service
* Providing feedback on product performance and product holes
* Opening/closing responsibilities and MOD tasks
* Lead the sales team and assist with delegating tasks
* Merchandising and Displays
* Inventory management + Buying
* MarketingREQUIREMENTS:* Weekend and evening availability
* Experience working with customers in a fashion retail setting
* Love of fashion, background or experience
* High-energy, positive individuals
* Loves being part of a team
* Some experience in a management or key holding position would be great but not required.BENEFITS:
