Your duties will include taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, and processing orders, as well as delivering orders to guests for curbside pickup. You'll guide guests through the menu, answer their questions, and provide outstanding hospitality, all while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.\r\nJob Responsibilities Accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner.\r\nCreate a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guests' orders.\r\nUnderstand the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest's questions.\r\nDelivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.\r\nUphold high sanitation and safety standards.\r\nJob Requirements Previous experience is not required – we will train you!\r\nExcellent customer service skills and etiquette.\r\nAt least 18 years old.\r\nMust possess a current Food Handler's Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.\r\nAbility to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.\r\nMust be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.\r\nFlexibility to work a variety of shifts.\r\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.\r\nWhy work for us?
