Establish clear customer responsibilities, milestones, and expectations, driving accountability for commitments. Establish a structured executive communication framework to promote transparency and informed decision-making. Refine standardized project schedules, reporting frameworks, and governance templates for consistency across implementations. Develop project management capabilities within the delivery organization by coaching team members and sharing best practices. Work jointly with partners and support partner projects as needed. Participate in customer steering committees.Qualifications 8+ years of experience in program/project implementation management leadership. Proven track record of managing enterprise-level transformation programs. Exceptional customer written and verbal communication, executive engagement, and stakeholder management skills. Experience preparing for and leading steering committee meetings. Ability to navigate difficult implementation discussions with confidence and professionalism. Experience leading full project lifecycles using either traditional PMI processes or Scrum/Agile approaches. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
