We are headquartered in Minnesota, with locations in Arizona and Ohio.\n\nHow You Contribute to The Team\n\nThe SPF Cell Machine Operator is responsible for various tasks in the manufacturing of garage door springs according to customer and product specifications.\n\nSet-up and operate equipment.\nSelect robot program options according to production requirements.\nMonitor workflow through heat treatment process.\nChange over and ensure proper tooling is used according to specifications.\nUnload finished product onto pallets and/or racks ensuring proper quantities are in bundles.\nConsistently meet or exceed established key performance indicators.\nUtilize computers at different points in the process to complete required tasks.\nComplete preventive maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.\nComplete daily clean up and 5S responsibilities.\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed\n\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nManufacturing experience.\nComputer programming aptitude for robotic and automated equipment.\nStrong communication skills.\nProficiency in using hand and measurement tools.\nHigh level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through skills.\nDependability and a willingness to learn.\nThis position will frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.\n\nTeam members are paid weekly. The target hourly pay range is $21.50 to $24.50 depending on qualifications, experience, education, and other factors. A shift premium may be available depending upon shift and location.
