The ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.Follow standard operation procedures and good manufacturing practices to perform various processes, potentially using small tools, to manufacture medical devices in a clean room environment.Essential / Key Job Responsibilities (including Supervisory And/or Fiscal)Accurately complete Device History Records and associated paperworkAssist with projects and qualifications concerning the process when neededCommunicate effectively/positively with co-workersEnter batch information into databaseUtilize small hand tools and/or precision devices to aid in the manufacturing processPerform manufacturing operations with few errors (demonstrates high quality work)Required QualificationsBasic math and English skills, both written and verbal, are requiredBasic computer and software skills, such as Microsoft Word and ExcelPreferred QualificationsEducation and/or Experience:High school diploma preferred. Equivalent work experience is acceptable.Highly skilled in two main manufacturing processes.Main Manufacturing Processes Are Defined AsPad Printing, Heat bonding, UV Curing, Laser welding, Catheter inspection, RF Welding, HLH, Vacuum lamination, Balloon blowing, Catheter annealing, PVA spraying, Split die lamination, Dip coating.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.
