Account Manager

DescriptionServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts across WTX/NMBuild and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and field personnelCoordinate daily operations with internal teams to ensure service expectations are metSupport field employees with job performance, expectations, and issue resolutionMonitor and reinforce safety practices, policies, and compliance in the fieldConduct site visits to maintain visibility with both clients and employeesAddress and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional mannerAssist with employee management, including evaluations, coaching, and placementCoordinate with recruiting to ensure qualified personnel are submitted to clientsEnsure company policies are followed, including vehicle usage and field expectationsAssist with logistics such as employee movement, site needs, and operational supportRequirementsOil & gas industry experience requiredStrong safety background (HSE, field safety, or safety leadership experience preferred)Experience working directly with field personnel (operators, technicians, or similar roles)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel frequently to job sites (up to 2+ hours one way as needed)Self-motivated, organized, and dependableValid driver's license with clean driving record
