This role will work closely with product and technology teams to develop and deploy new or enhanced functionality across the enterprise. This role is focused primarily on development, while utilizing declarative tools when possible.\nEssential Job Duties & Responsibilities\nServe as one of the developers for two Salesforce environments supporting 500+ users (Service Cloud, FSC)\nDevelop & implement Technical Designs for complex projects using a combination of out of the box features and custom code\nBuild custom apps and objects, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity\nContinually assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and on all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes\nComplete evaluation, scope and deployment of new development requests, using APEX code, VisualForce, LWC, or Aura\nComplete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades; Manages data feeds and other integrations as applicable\nEffectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams; Works independently and alongside the Product Manager for CRM and Engineering team members\nRequired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer\nSalesforce Platform Developer 1 Certified required\nAdvanced experience with Apex, Visual Force, SQL, and JavaScript\nProficient with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development\nlifecycle, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality\nExperience developing and managing API Integrations\nDemonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements\nDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and\nmanage laterally and upwards\nCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills\nMust demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to\ncommunicate effectively at all levels of the organization\nAbility to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile\nconflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs\nAbility to coordinate work with geographically dispersed project team – Zoom/ Slack/ Email connectivity & presence balanced with the ability to get things done is required.\nProven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption\nExperience working with large data sets and bulkification\nAdditional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified\nJavascript Developer preferred\nPrevious experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred\nVersion Control and CI/CD experience preferred\nIn addition to the above salary range, this role may also be eligible for a bonus.\nAdditional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions:\n\nJob duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
