Whether you aspire to be a leader or a technical expert, this position will set you up for success in the future.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\nThe Change Implementation Leader 1 plays a crucial role in the organization's Configuration Management and is responsible for the integrated implementation activities of approved changes. The Change Process is used to release new product and all product improvements. Successful implementation of changes, while conforming to defined requirements, is paramount to the long-term success of the enterprise. This individual aids in the implementation efforts by understanding all of the down-stream activities, organizing and communicating tasks, creating achievable implementation plans, and managing workload need based on change priority. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:\nReview all Change Notices for conflicting changes, different implementation timing or priority and overall complete and accurate.\nSupport change owner in ensuring the successful execution of each approved Change Notice\nWork with Planning and other departments to establish an implementation date for each full track Change Notice.\nEstablish schedule of any tasks within implementation plan.\nEnsure Change Notice implementation plan includes all dependencies, critical paths and activities associated with the work to be done.\nSchedule the Change Review Board meetings twice weekly.\nProvide meeting agenda in advance\nLead the Change Implementation Board Meetings to gain full approval of each full track change implementation plan.\nTrack and monitor status of all active Change Notices until fully implemented.\nEdit implementation dates in ERP as needed when factors in the plan must change.\nTrack and advance items at various implementation statuses to help move them to final disposition.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nAssociates degree or equivalent experience\nCM2-A Certified\n3-5 years of experience in Configuration Management or Change Management\nEffective communication and conflict resolution\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related\nMaster's Certificate Project Management\nExperience in the manufacturing industry\nFamiliarity with Agile and SAP\n\nWe value our employees by providing:\nCompetitive compensation based on skills\nIndustry leading health, dental, and vision plans\nGenerous 401 (K) savings and profit sharing\nOn-site UW Health clinic, fitness center, and walking paths\nEducation assistance and internal training programs\nElectric vehicle charging\nMaternity & paternity leave\nInterested in learning more on our robust benefits package we offer?
