Role Name: Business Analyst Location: Hanover, United States Key Responsibilities: Payments Domain Support Support initiatives across: Credit, Debit, and Prepaid card productsTokenization (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay)Authorization, clearing, and settlement processesFraud monitoring and controlsChargebacks and dispute managementRewards, loyalty programs, and promotions Stakeholder & Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a liaison between business, product, technology, operations, and compliance teamsParticipate in:Sprint planningBacklog groomingUAT planning Testing & Implementation SupportDevelop UAT strategies, test scenarios, and test cases.Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution .Assist with production releases, post-implementation validation, and issue resolution. Data & ReportingAnalyze transaction data, metrics, and trends to support decision-making.Collaborate with data teams on dashboards, MIS reporting, and regulatory reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications Functional / Domain SkillsStrong experience in the cards and payments domainKnowledge of:ISO 8583 message standardsAuthorization and settlement workflowsInterchange fees and network rulesFraud and dispute lifecycleExperience working with Visa and other network rules and mandates Business Analysis SkillsExpertise in requirements elicitation techniques.Strong documentation and communication skills.Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
