Physician Surgery-Neurosurgery - Competitive Salary

Job Description:Neurosurgery Opportunity – (Atlantic City, NJ area) We are working with a Level II Trauma Center and Joint Commission Comprehensive Stroke Center (CSC), to recruit a dually trained Neurosurgeon (Cerebrovascular + Endovascular) with the ability to also perform general neurosurgery (including spine). Position Overview:Schedule: Monday–FridayMinimum 2 outpatient clinic days/week1:3 call rotation (cranial/vascular focus)Practice Setting: Mix of inpatient + outpatient with strong APP support in both settingsCase Mix: Cerebrovascular, Endovascular, and General Neurosurgery (including spine) Compensation:Year 1: $600,000Year 2: $650,000Year 3: $700,000wRVU incentive (percentage of base salary)Additional compensation for extra call coverageRelocation assistance provided Academic & Growth Opportunities:Appointment through Drexel University College of Medicine (based on qualifications)Opportunities to teach medical students and participate in research initiatives Location:Basedin Atlantic City, NJ ~50 minutes from PhiladelphiaAccess to multiple regional sites for collaboration/coverage Ideal Candidate:Board Certified/Eligible NeurosurgeonDual fellowship training in Cerebrovascular + EndovascularComfortable with general neurosurgery and spine casesInterested in a hybrid academic/community model
