For example, the number of SMT starts can be supported per day or per week.\r\nManaging build priorities internally & with customer\r\nManages process readiness by driving effective meetings with both internal and external teams.\r\nExpediting units between work cells, test stations; Must be present on the manufacturing floor to expedite builds\r\nResolving internal resource constraints\r\nProviding customer real-time status updates\r\nEscalating need for support internally and externally to resolve issues slowing down builds\r\nAnticipates next step in manufacturing flow and prepares for the next step ahead of time. For example, ensuring that the back end kits are pulled, fixtures ready, programming complete, tooling, materials, resources, etc.\r\nTimely and accurate daily build status reporting\r\nCoordinates workflow between front end (SMT) and back end (MA and test)\r\nEnsuring that performance on key business metrics achieves business objectives (revenue growth, margin performance, cost management/PPV, inventory turns, AR management, etc.)\r\nEnsuring that performance on key customer satisfaction metrics achieves customer objectives (price performance, on-time delivery, quality, etc.)\r\nCoordination of customer priorities with factory priorities.\r\nProactively providing feedback on opportunities for continuous improvement, based on having a solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.\r\nInterfacing with the customer at a high level and being able to successfully manage key revenue programs to avoid escalations.\r\nManaging and developing project plans. Manage the activities of a cross functional team(s) to ensure completion of the project on time.\r\nReview status with the customer and the management team.\r\nUnderstand and drive written understanding of the project and develop Contract/MSA terms with customers and the business development team.\r\nTimely resolution of issues and escalation as soon as it is required to avoid delays in project completion.\r\nEnsure timely implementation of ECOs. Ensure proper closure of customer related A/R issues.\r\n\r\nEducation and Experience\r\n\r\nMust have transitioned multiple designs into medium and high-volume production in manufacturing\r\nTeam player, strong written & oral communication skills, ability to work well with global engineering groups\r\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (Industrial or Electrical).\r\n\r\nSanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer\r\nSalary Range(annual): $65,000 - $73,000 ($31.25 - $35 / hourly)\r\nActual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
