Senior Salesforce Developer, Location: Dallas, TX - ON SITE POSITION -- NO ONE THAT NEEDS TO BE SPONSORED!! MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING AT A COMPANY IN THE UNITED STATES. We are supporting a growing enterprise technology organization that is scaling its Salesforce platform as a core foundation for customer and operational excellence. This role will help shape Sales and Service experiences through strong architecture, governance, and high-quality development. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who enjoys building, integrating, and optimizing Salesforce at scale while influencing long-term platform direction.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and platform toolsBuild and maintain integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and REST/SOAP APIsDevelop and enhance Experience Cloud (Experience Sites)Design and deploy Salesforce Visual Remote Assistant (VRA)Support Omni-Channel integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., telephony and ERP systems)Manage version control, testing, and deployments using Bitbucket, Gearset, and DevOps toolsAct as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and MuleSoft best practices, architecture, scalability, and maintainabilityTroubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive platform stability and performance improvementsMaintain technical documentation, including design specs, integration patterns, and deployment proceduresParticipate in Agile sprints and collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceStrong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and Lightning (LWC)Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced, and Revenue Cloud BillingProven experience designing integrations with MuleSoft Anypoint PlatformStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and Agile/SDLC deliveryExperience with Salesforce deployment and release management practicesFamiliarity with Bitbucket, Gearset, and DevOps workflowsProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API designNice toHaveExperience integrating with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor)Experience with Omni-Channel platforms such as TalkdeskSalesforce Platform Developer II certificationCertificationsSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred)Platform Developer II (preferred)Seniority Level
