Stack: HRMS/HRIS Tools (Zoho People, Workday, BambooHR), MS Office, Recruitment PlatformsRole Summary: Lead HR operations to ensure effective talent management, compliance, and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.Maintain HR records and generate reports for management.Experience Requirements:4–6+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity.Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.PreferredExperience with HRMS/HRIS tools.Exposure to organizational development and change management.
