You will be responsible for designing and implementing new features and functionality, establishing and guiding the website’s architecture, ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.\n\nThe opportunity:\nDesign and create solutions for online applications and APIs, primarily in Drupal, with some direct/vanilla PHP thrown in for good measure, utilizing the most recent best practices.\nThrough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs.\nGather and convert business and technical needs into web-based solutions by meeting with clients and stakeholders\nWork with the design, UX/UI, and content teams for cohesive project development\nTroubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to PHP CMS like Drupal, Wordpress, etc…\nProvide technical guidance and best practices for Drupal development team\n\nThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.\n\nWhat you need:\nWorking experience with other CMS like AEM, Sitecore, Contentful, Contentstack, Wordpress, etc …\nDigital experience platform knowledge and past implementation experience\nAcquia Certifications\nPreferred Qualifications and Experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n10+ Years Overall IT Experience and reluctant experience should be around 6-8 years drupal development.\nExtensive knowledge of Drupal modules such as CTools, Views, and Panels.\nShould be well established on the drupal UI standards and best practices\nSolid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JavaScript frameworks, frontend frameworks, responsive/mobile design, cross-browser development, content management systems, and testing/debugging is expected.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.\nIn-depth knowledge of Drupal architecture and Symfony, including modules, themes, hooks, the Drupal API and the database layer.\nExperience with Drupal site building, configuration, and theming\nExperience with Drupal caching, performance tuning, and security\nFamiliarity with Git, Composer, Drush, and other Drupal development tools\nAbility to multi-task and react quickly to changing priorities.\nGood understanding in software development engineering principles, frameworks and technologies.\n\nCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.\nRole Location: Washington\nCompensation Range: $81,000-$122,000\n\nBenefits\nFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines.
