collaborative engineering team, you'll design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, contribute to platform architecture, and help deliver secure, reliable applications that have a direct impact on patient care.This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy technical ownership, clean architecture, and building high-quality products in a modern cloud environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize scalable backend applications using Python and Django REST Framework (DRF).Build and maintain high-performance REST APIs and microservices.Develop integrations with third-party platforms, including logistics (3PL) and ERP systems.Own features throughout the full software development lifecycle—from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, and production support.Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and compliance with healthcare data privacy standards.Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and architecture discussions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Required Qualifications5+ years of professional experience developing backend web applications.3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and Django REST Framework (DRF).Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.Experience building scalable microservices.Solid knowledge of AWS, including services such as EC2, RDS, Lambda, and S3.Experience with relational databases and backend architecture best practices.Strong understanding of software design principles, testing, and clean code.Experience using Git and modern development workflows.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fully remote team.Nice to HaveExperience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.Familiarity with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platforms.Experience integrating with ERP, logistics (3PL), or third-party enterprise systems.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines,
