Our 200+ team members are passionate about delivering exceptional living experiences-and we're looking for someone like you to help us continue that legacy.What You'll Love About This Role:Competitive pay with growth potentialCommission Structure: $100 per lease/renewal over 6 months; $50 per lease/renewal under 6 monthsOn-site housing discount starting at 30% (and growing with tenure)Generous PTO and up to 15 paid holidays401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life insuranceHealth Savings Account with company matchFlexible Spending AccountOngoing training and career developmentWhat You'll Do:Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phoneConduct engaging tours and follow up with leadsPrepare move-in files and ensure apartments are move-in readyReceive, record, and deposit rent and fees dailyPost payments, process refunds, and reconcile ledgersManage delinquencies and initiate eviction processes as neededPrepare and distribute resident statements and utility billingComplete daily, weekly, and month-end financial reportsAssist with audits and ensure financial accuracySupport leasing efforts and respond to resident inquiriesMaintain confidentiality of all financial and resident informationAssist the Property Manager with staff oversight and operationsEnsure compliance with all company policies and proceduresRequirementsWhat You'll Bring:2+ years of multifamily leasing experienceYardi experience preferredStrong financial and administrative skillsAbility to handle cash and manage confidential informationExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesProficiency in data entry and reportingAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of fair housing laws and property operationsHigh school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience)Additional Details:Work is performed in a professional office environmentMinimal physical effort or exposure to riskNolan Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerBackground check and E-Verify requiredReady to take the next step in your career?
