You will establish and maintain the delivery framework for projects, ensuring alignment, transparency, and excellence at every stage.\nKey Responsibilities:\nStand up projects end-to-end, defining clear scope, objectives, success metrics, governance model, and ways of working from day one.\nCreate and maintain project governance artifacts (charter, RACI, RAID, decision log, integrated plan) as living tools\nLead cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and operations, aligning contributors to shared outcomes and timelines.\nDevelop and manage integrated project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path across workstreams.\nBe able to lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.\nDrive accountability and ownership, ensuring workstream leads and vendors clearly understand their responsibilities.\nProactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating early with clear options and recommendations for leadership.\nFacilitate effective governance forums (SteerCo, working sessions, exec reviews) with clear agendas, decisions required, and documented outcomes.\nProvide concise executive reporting, translating delivery status into business impact, risks, decisions needed, and next steps.\nEnsure alignment to strategy, budget, and roadmap, validating that delivery supports agreed priorities and value realization.\nClose projects with discipline, including transition to operations, knowledge transfer, post-launch support planning, and lessons learned.\nRequired Skills:\n5-6 years of hands-on technical project management experience\nDemonstrated success delivering complex technology projects on time in a consulting or agency environment\nStrong working knowledge of various tech stacks and the ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams\nExcellent communication skills – you can clearly articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences alike\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nDeep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)\nMust have:\nAgile delivery leadership\nJIRA, Confluence\nKPI and CSF tracking/reporting\nNice to have:\nPMP, CSM or other relevant certifications\nExperience working in consulting, digital agency, or fast-moving startup environments\nEmployment type:\nContract\nApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time\n#LI-Remote\nTech Holding is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
