The ideal candidate will lead the development of a scalable frontend framework that supports both Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Client-Side Rendering (CSR) while optimizing site performance and user experience.\nThis role involves architecting and developing a state-of-the-art frontend system that integrates seamlessly with our Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layer, powered by Spring Boot microservices , and deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and build a high-performance frontend framework using React.js and Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture .\nImplement SSR/CSR hybrid strategies to optimize rendering, SEO, and page performance.\nArchitect and optimize the BFF layer to enhance frontend-backend interactions.\nImprove frontend performance using lazy loading, predictive prefetching, tree shaking, and edge caching.\nCollaborate with backend engineers to optimize API designs and system efficiency.\nDefine best practices for state management using Redux and Redux-Saga/Thunk for handling complex application flows.\nOptimize frontend applications for speed, security, and scalability in GCP environments.\nLead, mentor, and coach frontend engineers, promoting technical excellence.\nStay up to date with industry trends, especially in frontend performance optimizations .\nKey Requirements\n8+ years of experience in frontend development with extensive expertise in React.js .\nDeep knowledge of Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture , modularization, and federated module design.\nStrong understanding of SSR/CSR hybrid architectures with Next.js (optional but a plus) .\nExpertise in state management using Redux and Redux-Saga/Thunk .\nStrong JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency with modern ES6+ concepts.\nMust-have experience with GraphQL for efficient data fetching.\nExperience integrating frontend with Spring Boot microservices via BFF architecture .\nHands-on experience with Tailwind CSS for highly scalable and maintainable UI designs.\nStrong background in frontend performance optimization , including:\nLazy loading, tree shaking, and code splitting\nWeb Vitals optimizations (LCP, FID, CLS)\nEdge caching & CDN optimizations\nPredictive rendering and smart prefetching\nExperience working in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) for cloud deployment and CI/CD automation.\nSolid understanding of frontend security best practices and performance tuning.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a strong passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code .\nStrong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide junior developers and drive technical excellence.\nNice-to-Have Skills\nFamiliarity with A/B testing and automated UI performance tuning .\nExpertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for frontend deployments.\nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\nMinimum Compensation: USD 54,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 189,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
