Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master

Role Description The Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This role leads cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies (such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives), managing project plans and backlogs, and removing impediments that block team progress. The role also involves coordinating with stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies. The Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master will track key performance indicators, promote Agile best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Qualifications Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple initiatives effectively.Proven Team Leadership and collaboration skills to guide cross-functional teams and encourage a high-performing, inclusive environment.Excellent Communication and stakeholder management abilities, including clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing risks, resolving issues, interpreting metrics, and supporting data-informed decisions.Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, with familiarity in frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.Proficiency with project management and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms).Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are a plus.Ability to work on-site in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and partner closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.
