In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects while ensuring they align with the company’s objectives. You will be working under an experienced Project Manager. This position will be required to travel for weeks or months depending on the location of the project (about 75%).\nDuties\nAssist in the development and management of project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.\nSupport team management by coordinating tasks and ensuring effective communication among team members.\nUtilize project management software to track progress and report on project status.\nImplement earned value management techniques to assess project performance against established metrics.\nConduct scope management to define project boundaries and deliverables clearly.\nParticipate in process mapping to identify areas for improvement within project workflows.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.\nMonitor cost control measures to keep projects within budget constraints.\nContribute to the application of project management methodologies for consistent delivery of projects.\nSkills\nPrior experience working with and on Industrial Construction projects.\nStrong leadership capabilities with a focus on teamwork.\nProficiency in project portfolio management tools, including Smartsheet.\nKnowledge of earned value management principles for effective performance tracking.\nFamiliarity with various project management software platforms.\nUnderstanding of scope management techniques to define and control project limits.\nExperience with project management methodologies that enhance workflow efficiency.\nExcellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail for process mapping initiatives.\nAbility to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.\nJoin us as we strive for excellence in our projects while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.
