tools.\n\nMajor Duties and Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop software solutions that meet business and customer needs.\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain software applications, services, and APIs.\nContribute to front-end, back-end, or full-stack development initiatives-based project assignments.\nParticipate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and technical skills.\nAssist with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software defects.\nDevelop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.\nWork with relational and NoSQL databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.\nSupport the development and deployment of applications in cloud environments.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.\nParticipate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nLeverage AI-powered development tools and automation technologies to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and problem-solving.\nExplore opportunities to incorporate AI and machine learning capabilities into software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.\nContinuously develop technical knowledge and skills across all aspects of software engineering — including languages, frameworks, databases, cloud technologies, testing, and engineering best practices — with a curiosity and growth mindset that extends to emerging tools and technologies such as AI and intelligent automation.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.\nUnderstanding of software development fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.\nExperience with at least one modern programming language such as C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar through coursework, projects, internships, or personal development.\nFamiliarity with web technologies, APIs, and modern software development practices.\nFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nBasic understanding of relational and/or NoSQL database concepts.\nExperience using Git or other version control systems.\nInterest in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and emerging technologies, with a willingness to leverage AI-enabled tools in daily workflows.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to learn quickly and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nWork, internship, co-op, academic project, open-source contribution, or personal project experience related to software development.\nExposure to front-end development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.\nExposure to back-end development technologies such as .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python.\nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations.\nExposure to cloud-native development concepts, including serverless architectures and cloud services.\nUnderstanding of Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.\nExperience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, or software quality practices.\nExposure to AI and machine learning concepts through coursework, certifications, projects, hackathons, or internships.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools or cloud-based AI services.\nFamiliarity with integrating third-party APIs and external platforms.\n\nCompensation\nThe salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000
