Who We AreArtmac Soft is a technology consulting and service-oriented IT company dedicated to providing innovative technology solutions and services to Customers.Job DescriptionJob Title : Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst – Order Management (Telecom)Job Type : W2Experience : 8-12 YearsLocation : Tampa, FloridaCertifications RequiredCertified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)ResponsibilitiesWork closely with E2E Process Owners to understand to-be Order Management Processes and related Process Architecture.Understand, analyze, and articulate requirements related to process flows using various requirements-gathering techniques to identify ways in which an organization wants to operate.Categories requirements into OOTB, Configuration, and CustomisationConduct requirement workshops and training sessions.Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits, and impacts.Proposing/Presenting solutions to an organization’s leaders and keeping them updated with progress.Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved.Ensuring the changes are made – for example, by overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach.Contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes.Required Experience And SkillsProven experience in working as a BA for ServiceNow Modules. Order Management PreferredExperience in Telecom domain and/or Telco functional know-how is must.Minimum 3+ years of experience in working as a BA for ServiceNow Modules.Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to manage customer and stakeholder expectations.Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others.QualificationBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
