Will partner with SMEs from cross-functional teams to ensure that all controlled documents being revised contain required information pertaining to process, product and equipment specifications and are completed within defined timelines.\nHow You Will Contribute Revise SOPs, Batch Records and Form Preps\nEnsure consistency and alignment between documents in compliance with SOP requirements\nAddress comments as provided by document reviewers\nLearn and apply best practices when reviewing draft SOPs and Batch Records/Form Preps\nCoordinate document revisions for major projects or change management\nInternship Development Opportunities How to design documentation for the end user\nHow to write documentation for a biotechnology environment\nHow to effectively resource plan and manage deliverables for projects\nIdentifying and implementing continuous improvement projects for the documentation team\nCollaboration and knowledge sharing with other departments within the Manufacturing space\nJob Requirements This position will be Fully Onsite and require 4+ days in the Lexington, MA office per week.\nPrevious Technical writing experience\nExperience with more advanced document management applications a plus (including but not limited to EDMS and TrackWise)\nBasic understanding of computer skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)\nInternet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering\nHighly reliable and a strong team player\nFlexible with an attention to detail\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nMust be pursuing an undergraduate degree in life sciences, writing, project management, human performance, or similar area\nInternship Eligibility Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship\nMust be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026 or later\nThe internship program is 10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates (May 26th-August 14th or June 15th- August 21st)\nThe intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames\nAble to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates\nTakeda does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support for the U.S Summer Internship Program\nProgram Highlights Hands-on experience with real projects and responsibilities\nDedicated mentorship program pairing interns with experienced professionals\nNetworking opportunities with industry professionals and fellow interns\nInternship events focused on professional and skills development\nExposure to multiple business areas or departments within a Pharmaceutical Organization\nApplications will be accepted between November 7th- December 2nd\nTakeda Compensation And Benefits Summary We understand compensation may bean important factoras you consider an internship opportunity.
