The candidate is expected to be a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for collaborating with development, sales, customer support and technical operations teams in a growing world-class organization.Responsibilities include:Ensure business projects are executed effectively and efficiently from start to finish to meet organization goals and objectivesHelp coordinate projects that involve implementations for new and existing clients as well as internal software upgrades and integrationsWork with and across all levels of the organization including sales, client support, client services, accounting, technologyAccountable for project planning, execution, quality control, and delivery of contracted servicesHelp define and create tasks based on a thorough understanding of client contractsDrive effective communication and collaboration with clients, through direct contact and virtual meetings, including technical, development, and C-Level resourcesCoordinate with Technical Operations, Infrastructure and Development teams to define and scope projects from start to finishPreferred qualifications for Systems Implementation Specialist:BA preferred2+ years implementation experience with demonstrated success delivering projects from start to finish.Fintech experience preferredExperience scoping projects with technical specifications including FIX protocol, clearing files, APIsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with cross-functional and remote teams, at all levels of the organizationSophisticated external facing communication skillsExperience with JIRA beneficialHighly organized, attention to detail and a track record of successful delivery according to timelinesHigh energy, self-starterABOUT STERLING TRADING TECHSterling Trading Tech (Sterling)’s mission is to provide market-leading, cloud-based trading infrastructure, encompassing Trading Platforms, OMS, and Risk products to support both buy-side and sell-side firms.
