The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data conversion, 3+ years of experience leading a team of data conversion specialists, and experience with a variety of data conversion tools and technologies.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\r\nLead and manage a team of data conversion specialists in the design, development, and implementation of data conversion solutions\r\nWork with clients to understand their data conversion needs and develop a customized solution\r\nDevelop and implement data conversion strategies and methodologies\r\nEnsure the quality and accuracy of all data conversions\r\nMonitor and report on the progress of data conversion projects\r\nQualifications\r\n5+ years of experience in data conversion\r\n3+ years of experience leading a team of data conversion specialists\r\nExperience with a variety of data conversion tools and technologies\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\r\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\r\nIMPORTANT-APPLY ONLY IF ALL YOUR PROJECT MEET FOLLOWING:\r\na) At least 600 internal authorized users.\r\nb) Cloud hosted public facing web portal with at least 10,000 external users.\r\nc) A minimum of 2 legacy systems replaced by a single cloud hosted solution.\r\nd) Development, integration, and configuration effort that occurred for a duration of one year or longer.\r\ne) Total project cost is greater than $10 Million ($10,000,000).\r\nf) Required data conversion, external system interface development, and integration with other applications.\r\nWhy Work for VSIMPLIFYIT Consulting?\r\nVsimplifyIT Consulting is a leading provider of IT consulting services.
