The Audit Manager will oversee planning and execution of financial statement audits, guide and develop audit teams, interact with clients and stakeholders, and ensure audit conclusions are supported by appropriate documentation and compliant with GAAP and relevant regulations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work products.\nPlan audit scope, objectives, timelines, staffing and budgets; allocate resources and monitor engagement progress.\nSupervise, mentor and develop audit staff, providing coaching, performance feedback and training to build team capabilities.\nReview audit workpapers, financial statements and reports for accuracy, completeness and compliance with GAAP and firm standards.\nAssess clients' internal controls, identify control deficiencies and recommend practical remediation and process improvements.\nCoordinate client communications, manage expectations, and build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.\nPerform risk assessments, identify significant accounting and reporting issues, and apply professional judgment to resolve complex technical matters.\nEnsure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements, including SOX testing where applicable.\nCollaborate with tax, consulting and other practice teams on integrated client engagements and provide technical accounting support.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives for audit methodology, tools and efficiencies, including use of audit technology and data analytics.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; Masters degree or equivalent a plus.\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA) required or actively pursuing CPA license.\n7+ years of public accounting experience with progressive responsibility, including prior experience as an Audit Manager or senior engagement leader.\nStrong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting issues; experience applying accounting standards to complex transactions.\nProven experience planning and leading external audits and managing client relationships.\nDemonstrated supervisory and people development skills, with ability to coach and motivate teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present audit findings to senior management and boards.\nProficiency with audit software, data analytics tools and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.\nHigh ethical standards, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.\n\nBenefits\n\nHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nRetirement Plan (401k)\nLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)\nPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)\nFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)\nShort Term & Long Term Disability\nTraining & Development\nWellness Resources\nFour (4) weeks PTO\nTwelve (12) paid holidays, of which three (3) are floating holidays\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
