Residential HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Repair & Installation Technician with strong hands-on experience installing and repairing residential HVAC systems Responsibilities * Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, split systems, and heat pumps * Perform major repairs and component replacements (motors, boards, compressors, sensors) * Diagnose electrical and mechanical system failures * Perform system startups, testing, and final adjustments * Read and interpret wiring diagrams and installation manuals * Ensure clean, safe, and code-compliant installations * Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members Requirements * Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC repair and installation experience * Strong electrical and mechanical background * Experience with residential HVAC equipment * Basic plumbing and brazing/welding skills preferred * Familiarity with diagnostic tools (multimeters, gauges, ohmmeters) * Valid driver’s license and ability to run service calls independently * Strong problem-solving and time-management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Experience: HVAC: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: EPA Type II (Preferred) Work Location: In person
