The EHS Manager will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, continuing to foster a strong safety culture, and driving continuous improvement in EHS performance across the site.\n\nThe EHS Manager will be responsible for oversight of environmental, health, and safety of the manufacturing facility in North America. Establishing and enforcing robust safety protocols at the facility, promoting a culture of safety, and ensuring all personnel are working in a safe and compliant manner.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead the implementation of EHS programs, ensuring alignment with local, state, and federal safety standards.\n\nBuild and oversee plant safety, health, and environmental programs.\n\nContinue to develop and deliver EHS training for plant employees.\n\nMaintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.\n\nManage air, water, and waste compliance programs (including Title V requirements).\n\nCollaborate with plant leadership to embed safety into standard operating procedures.\n\nLead internal safety committees, internal audits, inspections, risk assessments, and manage plant-wide emergency preparedness initiatives.\n\nDaily engagement with production to drive awareness and adoption of safety practices.\n\nLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety culture and reduce risk.\n\nDocument, track, and report EHS program status including key performance indicators.\n\nLead investigations for any on-site incidents or injuries, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented.\n\nManage and oversee the wastewater program.\n\nManage inventory and reporting for chemicals while ensuring proper handling and disposal of materials.\n\nAct as primary liaison for inspections, regulatory agencies, and local community partners.\n\nRequirements\n\nThis is an on-site role.\n\nMust be able to work in outdoor and indoor environments and adapt to changing conditions, including weather and terrain.\n\nEducation & Experience\n\nBachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\n\n5+ years of EHS management experience in manufacturing environments and/or industrial construction.\n\nStrong knowledge of Federal, OSHA, and environmental regulations.\n\nCSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification preferred.\n\nProven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.\n\nExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.\n\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive benefits package that begins on your date of hire.
