Please note that applicants must have the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.\n\nCore Responsibilities\nManage customer orders by scanning barcodes, picking items, and applying labels.\nExecute the picking and packing of various orders.\nUtilize RF technology to process all order workflows.\nEnsure your assigned workspace remains organized and compliant with standard operating procedures.\nHelp maintain high standards of quality by following Good Documentation Practices.\nComplete all necessary training modules to gain proficiency with RF devices.\nVerify order accuracy and prepare shipments to ensure customers receive correct products.\nScan, retrieve, and organize completed orders onto pallets.\nRe-palletize products to prepare them for final shipment.\nManage dock manifest tasks, including scanning pallets and operating the shrink wrapper.\nTransport inventory throughout the facility using walk-behind MHE.\nEnsure shipment integrity by verifying accuracy and packaging items correctly.\nContribute to a safer workplace by strictly adhering to all operational safety protocols.\nPerform additional tasks as requested by management.\nMaintain consistent attendance in accordance with company policy.\nKeep all C2C training certifications up to date.\nSupport organizational quality objectives through diligent work.\nPerform all daily activities in a secure manner to help maintain a safe warehouse environment.\nPromote site security by reporting any suspicious behavior or potential hazards immediately.\nReport all accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to leadership right away.\nUphold a professional appearance by keeping your work area tidy and organized.\nFollow established facility cleaning guidelines to ensure a pristine environment.\nMaintain a neat, orderly, and professional workspace at all times.\nDevelop a working knowledge of other warehouse roles to support team flexibility.\nProvide assistance to other departments as needed.\nServe as a reliable backup for team members during absences or scheduled time off.\nQualifications\nPossess a High School diploma, GED, or at least one year of related experience.\nPrior experience operating a Walkie Ryder motorized pallet jack is preferred.\nDemonstrate effective verbal communication skills.\nShow the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.\nThrive in a fast-paced distribution center setting.\nRead and interpret various distribution-related documents accurately.\nCollaborate effectively with team members.\nWork efficiently with minimal oversight.\nOperate MHE and Voice/RF scanning equipment as required.\nMaintain high performance in a metrics-driven work environment.\nApply basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills to daily tasks.\nPossess a foundational understanding of distribution operations.\nPerform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.\nRequest reasonable accommodations if needed due to a disability.\nPhysical Requirements\n\nTo succeed in this role, you must be able to meet specific physical demands, with reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals as defined by the ADA.
