Join us as a Service Manager!As an Operations Manager, you will be provided the opportunity to grow your career and control your financial opportunities through the Texas marketsSuccessful Manager WillImplement MosquitoNix Standards and Operations across all service-related channels by motivating and holding the team accountable to achieve top-notch serviceCapable of quick/efficient problem-solving skills while managing a wide array of items dailyHold team learning sessions and incentive plans to create team morale and strive for the team to exceed expectationsMust be highly organized and a great communicatorJoin Regional Networking Groups to expand referral contacts through preferred partnershipsManage Service Team to ensure thorough inspections of customers’ properties to provide best practices for Mosquito Control through one of our many services (Misting Systems, Temporary Treatments, General Pest, and Holiday Lights & Decor)Attend events to showcase the Misting System and the advantages of the highest quality parts and components that we provideUtilize Word of Mouth and Leverage existing client base to expand client base through the service team by Walk Throughs & Service AppointmentsRequirements: We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen.
