We look forward to hearing yours.About the Technical Account Manager PositionThe Technical Account Manager (TAM) is one of a team of three TAMs, and reports to the Manager of Sales & Implementation. It is a full-time position and can be in-person, remote, or hybrid, with a preference for someone in the Bay Area or able to travel to the Bay Area occasionally. The primary goal of the Technical Account Manager is to establish and maintain strong and trusted relationships with our clients, and to ensure their technology is solidly supporting their mission. Key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining trusted client relationships as the primary point of contact.Recommending technology solutions, preparing quotes, and supporting sales growth.Partnering with internal technical and project teams to ensure successful service delivery.Guiding clients through support, projects, billing, and service escalations.Helping clients meet IT, cybersecurity, licensing and compliance best practices.Developing technology roadmaps, including hardware lifecycle planning, cloud adoption, and security improvements.Coordinating procurement, licensing, renewals, and vendor relationships.Monitoring account health, profitability, and contract accuracy.Occasionally helping connect clients with after-hours emergencies to a helpdesk technician.Qualifications for the Technical Account Manager PositionWe are looking for someone who is motivated by our mission, curious about joining a worker-owned cooperative, and excited to work with amazing nonprofits, schools and local businesses. Successful candidates will combine excellent communication skills, sound technical judgment, and a client-focused approach to problem-solving.
