Job Description PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Prepare lab samples and production trial batchesColor match with minimal supervisionMaintain concise and accurate documented laboratory recordsTransfer accurate formula records into the computer programConduct performance and quality tests as requiredWork on miscellaneous projects as directed by supervisionQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Experience and Education RequiredHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent1-year experience in production tinting and color matchingSpecific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities RequiredSelf-motivated to work diligently and independently, within a team atmosphereAcceptable Munsel Color Test ScoreAccurate execution of simple mathematics, including addition, subtraction, division & multiplicationBasic computer data entry skillsResponsibility for assigned equipment and workstation regarding maintenance and cleanlinessReasoning AbilityDetermine correct processes regarding defined laboratory proceduresWork without continuous supervision while completing assigned projectsCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSN/APHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
