Role DescriptionOur Professional Engineer (PE) role is a full-time, on-site position located in Boise, ID. This role involves performing structural analysis and design for buildings and other structures using applicable codes and standards, preparing calculations, drawings, and technical specifications, reviewing shop drawings and submittals. The engineer will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other consultants, attend coordination meetings, and support projects from concept through construction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, preparing reports, providing construction-phase support, addressing RFIs, and resolving field issues. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, maintaining accurate project documentation, and supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts.Qualifications Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in Idaho or ability to obtain one quickly.
