Dallas, TX, USA | Full TimeAGRILAND FS, a financially strong and dependable cooperative serving customers in southern Iowa, eastern Nebraska, and northern Missouri, is looking for a high energy, self-starting sales-person to implement marketing activities and increase sales of Petroleum products and Propane to commercial, farm and home accounts.Responsibilities:Utilize target marketing, company established sales techniques and contact management system when calling on patrons and prospectsPrepare proposals & price quotes, explain credit terms, prepare sales agreements for orders obtained and develop customer service plansProvide technical product information to customers to earn businessPlan risk management strategies with targeted energy accountsRequirements:Prefer Associates or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experienceMust have experience selling value added productsDemonstrate strong communication, persuasive and business skillsStrong work ethic with the ability to work beyond normal business hoursProven self-starter with the ability to form fast and strong business relationshipsDemonstrate excellent time management and organizational skillsPosition Offers:Compensation and incentives that reward successExcellent benefits including company funded pension plan, 401(k), health, vision and dental insuranceCompany vehicle and laptop computerCareer growth
