This position assists in the supervision of the vehicle maintenance and repair of the fixed route, circulator, and support vehicles. The Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager in the maintenance oversight of fifty-nine (180) vehicles and supervision of ten (75) maintenance employees. This individual must have the ability to effectively lead, work, and communicate with employees and customers, and ensure repairs and maintenance are performed in a timely and efficient manner in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.
