This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.Assembles electronic components, subassemblies and systems by working from prints, drawings, process routers and verbal instructions.\r\nPosition responsibilities:\r\nSolders electronic components under microscope such as transformers, capacitors, resistors and other electronic components\r\nVerifies results to ensure conformance with requirements and performs rework as needed.\r\nAssembles chassis and performs mechanical assembly operations\r\nPerforms electronic assembly operations such as custom cable building, cable assemblies, wire cutting, crimping, and stripping.\r\nParticipates in and supports continuous improvement activities.\r\nRequired Education, Experience, & Skills\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to assemble electronic components under microscope.\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to use small hand tools and complex tooling (i.e. insertion, extraction, wire strippers and crimpers).\r\n\r\n\r\nBasic computer navigation and utilization skills.\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to obtain appropriate workmanship certifications to applicable standards (J-Std Mod 1)\r\n\r\n\r\nPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills\r\nCertified J-Std Mod 1\r\nPay Information\r\nFull-Time Salary Range: $34862 - $55778\r\nPlease note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
