This role is likely to be designated a Key Personnel position, and a resume will be required as part of the selection process.\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Serve as the company's primary point of contact with the government Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for all performance matters.\n* Oversee recruiting, staffing, onboarding, and retention across all labor categories to meet program staffing timelines.\n* Develop and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure compliance with performance standards.\n* Manage program reporting requirements, including personnel status, progress/status reports, and travel reporting.\n* Coordinate replacement of key and non-key personnel within required timelines.\n* Monitor overall program performance, cost, and schedule; resolve performance issues and escalate as needed.\n\n*Required Qualifications*\n\n* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.\n* 5+ years of program/contract management experience, including experience managing DoD service contracts.\n* Demonstrated experience managing multi-labor-category staffing on a government contract.\n* PMP certification preferred, not required.\n* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n* Must be willing and able for OCONUS travel.
