Your role will involve assisting with commodity risk-management tasks, client financial assessments, data entry, and more. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.\n\nClient Relations Specialist Key Responsibilities\n\nAdministration\n\nOrganize calendars and ensure Consultants stay on track with upcoming tasks.\n\nServe as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing timely information.\n\nAssist with prospecting efforts, preparing letters, and creating supportive materials.\n\nBackup other office staff as needed and assist with training new employees.\n\nMarketing\n\nMaintain and update client data in our proprietary systems.\n\nReview client positions, assist with margin calls, and communicate with lenders.\n\nCollaborate with grain buyers to sell cash grain and monitor market trends.\n\nSupport Consultants with placing futures and options orders and creating reports.\n\nPlan and coordinate events, presentations, and client meetings.\n\nClient Documentation\n\nPrepare and update client reports, brokerage accounts, and financial records.\n\nManage grain inventory and provide year-end tax projections when necessary.\n\nCommunication\n\nDemonstrate professional and customer-friendly phone etiquette in all client interactions.\n\nEffectively handle inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt and courteous assistance.\n\nCommunicate complex information clearly and confidently to clients and team members.\n\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities\n\nAdministration\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.\nExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.\nTakes initiative and works independently.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently.\n\nTechnical Skills\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nPhone etiquette\n\nEducation & Experience\n\nHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.\n\nAt least one year of related experience is a plus.\n\nReady to Apply?\n\nJoin a company where your contributions make a difference!
