Additional responsibilities include handling luggage and showing guests to their rooms.\n‎ :\nShuttle Driver responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nGreet guests and team members with a friendly and helpful attitude\nOperate the company-owned shuttle to transport guests and associates safely and efficiently\nAssist guests with luggage and provide support for room changes when needed\nTransport team members between work locations, ensuring timely arrivals and pick-ups\nAdhere to a strict arrival/departure schedule to maintain operational efficiency\nAssist team members with loading and unloading supplies as needed\nManage traffic flow in designated areas and keep lanes clear\nMaintain cleanliness of the shuttle and surrounding areas\nStay knowledgeable about the resort’s services and amenities to assist guests\nProvide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns\nOther duties as assigned\n‎ :\nWhat are we looking for?\nAvailability to work 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts\nDue to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays\nA valid Driver's License and clean driving record required\nPrevious experience driving a shuttle, van, or bus preferred\nMust be able to life guest luggage in and out of the shuttle van\nMust be able to work both indoors and outdoors\nKnowledge of the city, surrounding attractions and landmarks\nEnjoyment of providing exceptional service to guests and team members\nPassion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members\nProven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail\nTeamwork and collaboration\nMust be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors\nWhat can you look forward to?\nAll team members enjoy WEEKLY PAY!\nQualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits:\nMedical and Dental insurance\nSupplemental insurance plans (ex.
