The USTC Managed Information Technology Services (MITS) contract is intended to provide strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services to facilitate the operations and modernization of the combatant command’s infrastructure, systems, and applications. This support will be provided to the USTC Command, Control, Communications & Cyber Systems Directorate (TCJ6).\nThe successful candidate will lead activities related to the USTRANSCOM public website project.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, document, develop (i.e., create and enhance), and maintain public web pages to support USTRANSCOM.\nWork with other contractors and Government personnel to integrate legacy web pages into USTRANSCOM’s new public website.\nProvide maintenance, sustainment, and evolutionary upgrades to current USTRANSCOM web pages.\nAdhere to Government and industry web and security standards.\nComplete minor adjustments coordination with the content owner when required.\nAssist the webmaster in managing the USTRANSCOM Gatekeeper program by providing administrative oversight and access to essential services restricted to Gatekeepers.\nThis position is for Monday through Friday, normal business hours. However, employee may be required to provide after-hours and weekend support during planned or emergency events.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\n10+ years of experience.\nDoD Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility.\nCompTIA Security+ Certification.\nExperience with Node.js and React.\nExperience with AppStream and Confluence.\nExperience in JavaScript and HTML\nExperience with Content Management Systems (specifically Strapi).\nExperience with AWS Cloud.\nKnowledge of implementing software in a cloud environment that adheres to DOD Security guidelines.\nExperience researching and writing excellent documentation and examples for technical personnel.\nExperience with MS Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and Excel.\nTechnical writing and documentation skills.\nConfiguration and change management experience working directly with/for a Government customer.\nDesired Qualifications:\nBS/BA.\nAWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.\nExperience working with ServiceNow.\nExperience working with Jira.\nTarget salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
