Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows networking.\nExperience troubleshooting desktop, server, network, and infrastructure issues.\nExperience supporting endpoint security solutions, antivirus, endpoint detection, and system hardening.\nExperience maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure and user environments.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to communicate technical information to users with varying levels of technical expertise.\nSelf-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving customer requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with one or more of the following technologies:\nMicrosoft
