The Turner & Townsend GDP has been designed to provide recent graduates, with less than two years of industry experience, with opportunities to further develop their careers and offer exposure to the services in which we specialize in order to become a successful consultant upon graduation of the program.\nAs part of Turner & Townsend, the USA Digital business unit has a rapidly growing team of colleagues sitting across the country who are responsible for providing Digital products and services to our clients.\nOur digital services cover Digital Advisory, Strategy and Transformation, Data and Systems Strategy, Data and Technology Project Management, Data Analytics and Automation, BIM and Information Management and Digital Project Controls.\nThe Digital track within the USA GDP Program track provides each successful candidate with the opportunity to work as Digital Construction Project Analyst on a wide variety of the above Service Areas with clients across a wide range of sectors including High Tech, Transport, Healthcare, Rail, Energy, Telecoms, Defense, Government, Finance and many more!\nThe Program is intended to take approximately 2 years in duration, and experience is based upon achievement of various competencies in each core service.\nThe Digital track is offered for 2027 starts at our New York, NY, Houston, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Tampa, FL, Austin, TX, Nashville, TN and San Francisco, CA locations.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather, process, and analyze data from various sources to support construction project management and decision-making.\nApply analytical and problem-solving skills and techniques to effectively transform unstructured data and present it back in an informative fashion.\nApply knowledge of data cleansing, ETL processes, database design, application, and visualization tools.\nEngage with clients to gather requirements and present findings in a clear and compelling way.\nDevelop and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and present data insights to stakeholders and internal teams.\nEnsure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data quality checks and implementing data governance practices.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.\nProvide training and support to end-users on new reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.\nSupport the running of workshops with stakeholders, defining business processes, products and service improvements, project managing the roll-out of products/processes/services and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for continuous quality improvement exercises.\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n\nQualifications\n\nWe are looking for individuals who:\nPossess and be able to evidence excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAre passionate about the built environment and the construction industry, spanning infrastructure, real estate and energy & natural resources.\nStrive to deliver an excellent service for our clients and uphold our unwavering commitment to quality.\nAre environmentally conscious, aware of current environmental issues, and eager to contribute to a more sustainable future in the construction industry.\nPossess an analytical mindset and are keen to hone their skills.\nHave a knack for exploring and presenting data.\nAre driven to deliver projects and programs.\nRecognize their own development needs and are ready to invest time and energy in learning and refining their technical and commercial skills.\nHold a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree:\nTypical degree courses (listed A-Z):\nArchitecture\nData Science\nComputer Science\nEngineering\nGeneral Business\nManagement Information Systems\nMath\nPhysical sciences\nProject Management\nWe recognize that relevant Digital skills are gained through many degree courses and so applicants from any course of study that can demonstrate an aptitude in Digital skills and a passion for the built environment and the construction industry are encouraged to apply.\nThis Program is specifically designed for those with 0-2 years of industry experience.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nThe salary range for this full-time role is $70,000 - $98,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
