DescriptionPosition at Conair LLCPosition Summary:The Executive Assistant, C-Suite Leadership Team provides high‑level administrative and operational support to multiple members of Conair’s Executive Team, including the CHRO, CFO, CTO, COO and other senior leaders as assigned. This role is critical to enabling focus, prioritization, and execution across the enterprise by ensuring executive leaders are supported with precision, discretion, and proactive coordination.The role requires exceptional organizational capability, strong judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple executives. The ideal candidate is agile, service‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with shifting demands.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportProvide direct administrative support to multiple Executive Team members, managing calendars, meetings, and priorities with accuracy and discretionCoordinate complex scheduling across executives, internal partners, and external stakeholdersPrepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials with high attention to detailManage expense reporting and administrative processes in alignment with company policiesOperational Coordination & PlanningSupport planning and execution of executive meetings, leadership forums, and functional operating rhythmsCoordinate logistics for travel, off‑sites, and key business meetings, including materials and agendasTrack action items, deadlines, and follow‑ups across supported executives to ensure timely executionSupport special projects and cross‑functional initiatives as assignedCommunication & Stakeholder ManagementServe as a professional point of contact for senior leaders, employees, and external partnersExercise sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive informationScreen and prioritize emails, meeting requests, and inquiries; escalate issues as appropriateTeam & Enterprise SupportPartner with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless coverage and consistent ways of working across the Executive Leadership TeamSupport shared executive processes, including onboarding of new executives and enterprise communications logisticsContribute to continuous improvement of executive support practices and toolsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred5–8+ years of experience supporting senior leaders; experience supporting multiple executives strongly preferredExperience in a complex, fast‑paced, or matrixed organization preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skillsCore CompetenciesOrganizational Excellence: Manages multiple executives and competing priorities with precisionJudgment & Discretion: Handles confidential information with professionalism and integrityAgility & Flexibility: Adapts quickly to changing priorities and executive needsAttention to Detail: Produces accurate, high‑quality work under tight timelinesCollaboration: Works effectively with peers, executives, and cross‑functional partnersService Mindset: Anticipates needs and proactively solves problemsEnvironmental Factors:Working conditions are normal for an office environment.Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.This role is an in-office role Monday through Friday.
