The TMV SME will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding validation engineers through test execution while ensuring protocols, test methods, acceptance criteria, and test results meet applicable quality and design control requirements.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience executing TMV test cases and prior experience serving as a TMV Lead, Coach, SME, or Supervisor, with a strong background in both software and hardware validation. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and onsite oversight for TMV test execution.Act as the primary TMV SME and technical point of contact for validation activities.Coach and mentor validation engineers on proper test execution and validation best practices.Review and support development of TMV protocols, test methods, and acceptance criteria.Monitor software and hardware validation test cases to ensure compliance with design controls and quality requirements.Review test execution activities and identify technical or procedural issues.Provide guidance to validation engineers when test execution issues or unexpected results occur.Ensure test results, observations, and deviations are accurately documented and traceable.Support troubleshooting and resolution of validation execution issues.Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Validation teams to ensure TMV activities remain compliant and inspection ready. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.Hands-on experience executing TMV test cases.Previous experience as a TMV Lead, Coach, SME, Supervisor, or technical lead.Strong experience with both software and hardware validation.Ability to provide technical direction and mentor validation engineers.Strong understanding of validation protocols, test methods, acceptance criteria, and test documentation.Excellent technical communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work 100% onsite in Delaware.
