This is a full-time position reporting to the Property Manager. The role is based in Colonies at McLean at 7681 Provincial Drive, McLean, VA 22102.\r\nThe Administrative Assistant will work to provide excellent customer service and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Yardi and Outlook, strong written and oral communication skills, ability to multi-task and be self-motivated. We are seeking an individual who will maintain the highest standards and strive to exceed the client's needs and expectations.\r\nWhat you'll do:\r\nHandling of telephone calls, electronic, and other forms of communication both incoming and outgoing as required from Residents, Owners, Realtors, Vendors, and the Corporate Office in a timely and professional manner.\r\nMaintain and update all Board of Director's, Owner, Resident, Entry Gate Telephone, and other databases. Provide updates as necessary to staff and corporate office.\r\nAssist the Property Manager in coordinating and scheduling in-unit and common area work orders. Process invoices as needed.\r\nMaintain inventory of supplies and material for Office and Maintenance Staff.
