The position requires demonstrated expertise in both front-end and back-end development using Angular, .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Windows Services.\r\nThe developer will work as part of a cross-functional team in support of mission-critical financial systems, ensuring compliance with DoD standards, USSOCOM requirements, and cybersecurity policies.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain application features in support of the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool.\r\nImplement responsive front-end interfaces using Angular .\r\nDevelop back-end services and APIs using .NET and C# .\r\nDesign, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.\r\nDevelop and maintain Windows Services for workflow automation and system integration.\r\nConduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.\r\nEnsure applications adhere to DoD cybersecurity and secure coding standards.\r\nSupport lifecycle management activities including requirements gathering, design documentation, deployment, and sustainment.\r\nCollaborate with government stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to meet mission needs.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nRequires BS and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.\r\nActive TS/SCI clearance (mandatory).\r\nDoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).\r\n3–7 years of experience as an application developer (Journeyman level).\r\nDemonstrated experience with\r\nAngular (front-end development)\r\n.NET and C# (back-end development)\r\nSQL Server (database development and optimization)\r\nWindows Services (design and maintenance)\r\nExperience with Agile software development methodologies.\r\nStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with USSOCOM or DoD financial systems.\r\nKnowledge of DevSecOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.\r\nFamiliarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services.\r\nFamiliarity with PowerApps/ O365 Environment a plus.\r\nExperience working within DISA STIGs, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity compliance frameworks.\r\nPay Range\r\nPay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00\r\nCommitment to Non-Discrimination\r\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, race, ethnicity, age, national origin, citizenship, religion, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, family structure, marital status, ancestry, domestic partner status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
