We're seeking a skilled and friendly Event Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be serving up creative cocktails and exceptional service at a variety of events, from weddings to corporate gatherings and everything in between. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and love engaging with guests while keeping things professional, we want you on our team! Bring your bartending expertise, your positive attitude, and your love for hospitality to help make every event a memorable celebration.\r\nBasic Function\r\nEnsure that all event guests receive immediate attention, serve their beverage requests promptly and courteously. Ensure that guests are not ignored at any time throughout their dining and event experience.\r\nPrincipal Duties\r\nReview Event Sheets and floorplan at the beginning of each shift to ensure the room is set as contracted.\r\nMix ingredients to prepare cocktails.\r\nPrepare syrups, juices, prepare kegs, and any other mixers necessary.\r\nRestock the bar with syrups, liquor, glassware, juices, etc. Make sure that everything is at the bar, and that there are enough backups for shift.\r\nCheck customer identification to confirm they are above the legal drinking age.\r\nKeep bar area clean and wiped for arrival of new guests along with keeping the workspace clean throughout the duration of your shift.\r\nComply with all food and beverage regulations.\r\nUses the proper garnishes, china and glassware for all beverages.\r\nBe in communication with the Event Manager or lead sever regarding any special needs.\r\nAssist in ensuring that the events are on time.
