The company is entering a pre-IPO phase and engaging with institutional investors and strategic partners.We are seeking a senior U.S.-based executive to support capital markets positioning and public company readiness in a market-facing, board-aligned role, working alongside the founders and established management team.---Key Responsibilities:- Represent the company in investor and capital markets engagement - Support IPO readiness, roadshow strategy, and public company positioning - Provide strategic guidance on partnerships across AI, data center, and energy sectors - Contribute at the Board / advisory level ---Preferred Profile:- U.S.-based executive with significant senior leadership experience - Background in infrastructure, energy, data centers, or capital-intensive industries - Experience working with investors, financial institutions, or IPO processes - Collaborative, pragmatic leadership style ---Structure & Engagement:- Board-level / advisory role (non-operational) - Works in coordination with founders and existing management team - Flexible, part-time engagement ---Compensation:- Cash-based compensation structure - Additional performance-based incentives may be considered - Structured in line with advisory and board-level roles ---Work Setup:- Remote / work-from-home ---Additional Context:This is not a concept-stage platform — operational infrastructure is already in place.
