Our goal is to provide superior service, quality products, and excellent value to our customers, for without our customers we will cease to exist.\nOur work environment includes:\nOn-the-job training\nGrowth opportunities\nCommitment to excellence\nCommitment to safety\nResponsibilities:\n· Taking lumber from saws and putting away in warehouse.\n· Taking pallets from Pallet Builders and putting away or loading on trailer.\n· Monitoring quality of lumber / pallets being taken out.\n· Helping to load trailers as needed.\n· Taking out full dumpsters / making sure saw lines have what they need to operate.\n· Keeping the main shop floor clean and organized.\n· Work with team to keep warehouse clean and organized.\n·Forklift - responsible to make sure it is lightly cleaned at end of each shift / washed off each Friday.\n· Help monitor inventory levels of nails/banding.\n· Keeping cutstock organized and in it's proper places.\n· Coordinate with crew leaders (Pendu/Keystone/Small Saws/Handnailing) to make sure everyone has what they need.\nRequirements for Role:\nRequired:\n· Prior experience driving a forklift (or similar equipment) is required.\n· Must be highly proficient in neatness and organization.\n· Ability to multi-task effectively and solve problems/make decisions quickly.\n· Proficiency with basic math is required.\n· Ability to communicate with and work well together with other crew members and crew leaders.\n· Self-motivated, able to handle high pressure situations calmly and professionally and must have a high attention to detail and ability to stay engaged in the tasks at hand.\n· Willingness to work overtime as needed.\nExpected Compensation:\n$20+/hour; Pay negotiable, based on experience.\nAdditional Benefits:\n· Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with employer contributions to premiums.\n· Company paid Life Insurance.\n· 401k with employer match.\n· 6 paid holidays.\n· Paid Vacation\nInterested applicants can send resumes to taylor.lewis@yoderpallets.com or stop by in person to drop off a resume or pick up an application.\nYoder Pallet Company – 304-496-9602, 1639 Slanesville Pike, Points, WV 25437\nAbout the Interview Process:\nSelected applicants will be required to complete an in-person job tryout as part of the interview process.
